The drop off crew led by Dennis, Alex, and one other gentleman were very careful and fastidious. My floor was newly epoxied and they were took such great care to not scratch anything. The office staff were not helpful. They said they called and spoke with me about the time the movers would be here. She also said she talked to me. also, they said they sent me a text. I did not receive any messages nor did I speak to anyone. We moved from California to Florida and needed to store our belongings in California for some five months before we could take delivery last week, and all that we owned got here safe and sound. We were especially indebted to Constantine, our delivery driver, who arranged for a great crew to assist, was so kind and patient, and whose driving skills in negotiating an incredibly tight delivery area were simply extraordinary!
