Receiving Warehouse in Sacramento
Your furniture is ready to ship. Your house isn’t ready to receive it.
That’s the gap we fill. You give your vendors our address instead of yours. We take delivery, open every box, photograph what’s inside, and store it at our Folsom warehouse until your space is finished. When you’re ready, we bring it, unpack it, put it where it belongs, and take the packaging with us.
No sofa sitting in a garage for three months. No freight driver calling while your floors are being refinished. No discovering a cracked marble top on the day you were supposed to be done.

How It Works
Who Uses a Receiving Warehouse

Homeowners renovating or building
Furniture lead times run long. Custom upholstery is commonly [12–16 weeks], and some case goods run longer. If you wait until the drywall dust settles to place your order, you’re living on lawn chairs until spring.
Order on your timeline instead. Ship it to us, and take delivery the week your contractor finishes. You avoid storing a dining table in a garage where humidity warps it, and you avoid the far worse option of having it delivered into an active construction site where it gets scratched, dusted, or used as a workbench.

Interior designers and design firms
You already know why you need a receiver. What you want to know is whether we’re a good one.
We work by project, not by piece. Everything for a job stays together and stays labeled. You get inspection photos and condition reports, so you can open a claim while the vendor still cares. We coordinate directly with your vendors and carriers so you’re not fielding scheduling calls. And we understand that install day has a schedule, and that showing up late isn’t a small problem — it’s the whole problem.

Showrooms, stagers, and contractors
If you sell furniture but don’t want to run a delivery operation, we can be it. Same for stagers who need inventory held and rotated between properties, and for GCs who’d rather not be responsible for a client’s $9,000 sectional sitting in a house with no locks on the doors yet.
How Billing Works
Three separate charges, so you only pay for what you use:
- Receiving and inspection — a one-time fee per item when it arrives and gets checked in
- Storage — billed monthly, based on how much space your inventory actually occupies
- Delivery and placement — quoted per project, based on the size of the job and where it’s going
A single chair costs a fraction of a full-house order. Storage stops billing the month your items leave. There’s no minimum term and no charge for adding pieces to an existing project.
What We Receive
Furniture, case goods, upholstery, lighting and chandeliers, rugs, mirrors, artwork, mattresses, appliances, tile and stone, plumbing fixtures, cabinetry, and window treatments.
If it arrives on a truck and needs to go into a house eventually, we can hold it. If you have something unusual — an antique, a piano, a large-format art piece, anything that needs crating — call and we’ll tell you honestly whether we’re the right fit.
